“Power windows were always meant to make life a little bit easier; the thing is, if your window stops working, well life will not for one second be easier especially if you live in Phoenix, it will be downright miserable and as hot as you could possibly imagine a car could get without a window in the summer.

So, I first went through my car dealership to get all my little fixings done to all my cars, but each time I do so, I always get pressured into doing more to my car and it is seriously not affordable, so I wanted to use someone that wasn’t going to point out the 86 problems I have and just focus on the windows issue while the summer is here. I can wait on the other stuff. So, I hired Hatch Auto Glass to come out to my home in Chandler while I am working from home. They were able to fix up my rear driver-side window on my 2004 Mercedes CLK 320; they came out to my house and seemingly rebuilt my window to work perfectly in a matter of hours. I truly didn’t notice how much or how little time had passed. These guys are all a real wiz! I know how much of a pain in the ass power windows probably are. If I have had a ton of issues with them, I can only imagine how monotonous they can become if you’re working with them every day with people like me who have no idea how or why things are happening to their cars. I emailed Hatch after the driver side window had failed a short time after, like he said to do if anything was to be the matter. At the end of the repair, I remember them saying that I might run into issues, and if I did, they would come out and re-diagnose, because this window issue could be caused by anything, really.

I’m a super patient person, it was really no big deal for me to have to call them back. I was ready and willing to do so because they were so transparent with me about what the issue might be, they set clear expectations for my unique problem instead of ensuring that something would turn out perfectly when I damn well know that anything can happen. I really appreciated their realness, none of this crap where you’re delivered false promises.

I really definitely respect a business that can be honest. That is what will keep me coming to a business rather than shopping around for someone to be yanking my chain to get me to do more to my car that is unnecessary.
